The Rutledge Room doesn’t require a food and beverage purchase minimum, as we understand different events call for different needs. Our venue manager and event producers are here to guide you through the process of deciding what will work best for you and your guests!

Yes, you are welcome to decorate the event space putting your vision into place. However, we do not allow anything to be affixed to the walls. Keep in mind that we provide a neutral, elegant backdrop, and you’re welcome to bring in your own decorations or work with our team to create the atmosphere you desire.

Unlike some venues around Charleston, ours has parking options available, including limited on-site paid parking via the side lot and nearby street parking. Nearby garage parking is also available at 157 Rutledge Avenue, located only a short distance away from the venue.

We also provide climate control options via heaters and a retractable awning.
